NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s World Trade Center Health Program Clinical Center of Excellence is pleased to offer members benefits counseling in the following areas:

• program benefits counseling, including services, rights, and responsibilities as a WTC Health Program member
• workers’ compensation counseling, including how to file a WTC-12 form through the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, which allows you to maintain your ability to claim workers’ compensation related to your 9/11 exposure should you choose to do so in the future
• September 11th Victim Compensation Fund
• disability benefits counseling
• social service assistance
• assistance in accessing cancer care resources
• assistance in obtaining care you need for conditions not covered by the program
